Terms of Service

1. The service

Sneak Peek lets photographers import RAW photos locally in their browser, edit them, and publish selected images as shareable online galleries. Photo processing happens on your device; only the photos you explicitly publish are uploaded to our servers.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you publish. By publishing a gallery you grant us the limited license required to store and serve those images to the people you share the link with. You are responsible for having the necessary rights (including subjects' consent) to the images you publish. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan allows publishing up to 20 photos in total and applies a Sneak Peek watermark. The VIP subscription ($19/month, billed via Stripe) removes these limits. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and downgrades the account to Free at the end of the billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no infringement, no attempts to disrupt the service or access other users' data, no automated abuse of free-tier limits.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We recommend keeping your own backups of all original photos — Sneak Peek galleries are previews, not an archival service.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
